Tight Tacos on Wai‘alae Avenue combines two of my favourite issues: crunchy tacos and dinosaurs. I used to suppose I didn’t like fish tacos—till I labored at Taqueria El Gallo Rosa at first of the pandemic. If I lived in Wahiawā, or wherever close by actually, Barrio Café can be on my frequent hit checklist.
